Crew Pay keeps pay reviews and statement contents on your device. We do not sell personal information, serve ads, or use tracking analytics.

Who operates Crew Pay

Crew Pay is operated by SIDEQUEST VENTURES LLP. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@retro-64.com.

Information stored on your device

Review titles, airlines, employee groups, dates, currencies, confirmed components, rates, statement amounts, and source snapshots are stored in Crew Pay’s private app storage. They remain until you delete a review or remove the app. Your device and backup settings may retain app data according to Apple’s policies.

Documents and recognition

When you select a PDF, image, or CSV, Crew Pay reads it on your device. The original stays with its file provider. PDF and image text recognition runs locally using Apple frameworks. Recognized text remains in the current reader and is shared only when you choose Copy, Share, or Export.

Optional account information

If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, our authentication provider, Supabase, processes the name and email the provider permits and assigns an account identifier. A session is stored securely in the device Keychain. Signing in does not upload your pay reviews or documents. Signing out removes the local session. Deleting your account removes the hosted identity, subject to limited operational backups and legal obligations.

Network requests

Crew Pay can request public airline reference information. These requests do not include your reviews, statements, airline credentials, or selected documents. Service infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP address, request time, and user agent for security and reliability.

Sharing and exports

Shared summaries and CSV exports are created on your device. Information you send is then handled by the recipient or file provider you select. Freeform labels may contain personal details, so review an export before sharing it.

Children

Crew Pay is a professional utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can delete individual reviews in the app, sign out, or request account deletion from the Account screen. You can also remove all local app data by deleting the app. Contact us for privacy questions or account-deletion assistance.

Changes

We may update this policy when Crew Pay’s features or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
