Get help with reviews, imports, sign-in, or your account.
Email support@retro-64.com. Include your device model and iOS version. Do not attach pay statements, employee IDs, passwords, or other sensitive payroll information.
Checking a pay component
Start a review, select your airline and earning period, then add only the components you want to check. Confirm the unit, quantity, and rate from a source you trust. Crew Pay explains the arithmetic for the information you enter; it does not certify a complete paycheck.
Importing a file
PDF and photo recognition happens on your device and gives you editable text to compare with the original. CSV imports show a preview before changing a draft. If recognition is incomplete, enter the component manually.
Account and data
Pay reviews remain local even when you sign in. Signing out clears the session without deleting local reviews. Use Delete Account in the Account screen to remove your hosted identity. Delete reviews separately if you also want to remove local review data.

Crew Pay is independent and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to listed airlines or unions. For official pay rules, contact your employer or bargaining representative.
